I am the founder and Lead Registered Dietitian at The Eating Disorder Space.

I attended Rutgers University where I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and a minor in Business Administration. I then completed my Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at Saint Elizabeth University.

I have a range of experience in eating disorder recovery and treatment. I was previously a helpline intern at the National Eating Disorders Association. I also have experience as a full time registered dietitian at Center for Discovery at the PHP and IOP levels of care. I then continued my career working in the outpatient setting of eating disorder treatment with various practices.

My passion to help people make peace with food and their bodies drives my business. My outpatient interventions are focused on the Intuitive Eating principles, Health at Every Size framework, and body image work. Our goal at The Eating Disorder Space is to become your safe space for recovery.

I am a passionate registered dietitian nutritionist with 5+ years of experience specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating.

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition Science with a concentration in Dietetics from Montclair State University. I obtained a Master’s Degree in Community Nutrition and Public Health from Saint Elizabeth University, where I also completed my Dietetic internship.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals develop healthy relationships with food and their bodies. I have worked extensively in clinical settings, guiding patients through the complexities of eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED. My approach emphasizes compassion, empathy, and evidence-based strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I advocate for honoring hunger and fullness cues, rejecting the diet mentality, and cultivating body neutrality. I integrate these principles into my practice, guiding clients towards sustainable lifestyle changes that support both physical health and emotional well-being.
